Transfer Process
We are happy to assist you in moving your membership records. This form collects the necessary details for our Church Clerk to initiate the official transfer on the Adventist Church Management System (ACMS).
- Fill in your personal details accurately.
- Indicate if you are joining (Incoming) or leaving (Outgoing).
- Provide contacts for your previous/destination church leadership to speed up approval.
